I started leading worship at 15 years old in Alabama — and that calling has taken me from the Deep South to the Midwest to the deserts of Arizona. I've been on staff as a Worship Pastor since 2015, which means I've done the hard Sundays, the difficult team conversations, the seasons where everything felt held together by a thread — across every kind of church culture along the way.
I'm not a coach who read books about worship teams. I'm someone who has built them from scratch in church plants with no budget, led them at a church of 10,000 people at the highest level of production, and everywhere in between — learning what actually works at every size along the way.
